NEF-Awani ICT Awards 2010

 

Dear All,

 

Malaysia Association of Bumiputera ICT Industry & Entrepreneurs (NEF) and Astro Awani are organizing the inaugural NEF AWANI ICT AWARDS 2010. There are two parts; 1) Bumiputera ICT Awards for Bumiputera ICT companies and 2) Rakyat Choice Awards which is open to public.

 

The purpose of Rakyat Choice Award is to engage the public in recognizing the ICT services that affects our community. The categories is are as follows:-

 

1. Favorite Telecommunications Company

2. Favorite Online Banking Service Provider

3. Favorite e-Services by Government

4. Favorite Entertainment Portal

5. Favorite e-community/e-services

 

The above categories were selected because the impact it has to the ICT usage in the country especially in the online community. Nominations were open from 8th September 2010 until 15th October 2010. The candidates are nominated by the public via online.

 

It is great pleasure to inform that LHDNM has been shortlisted as the top three candidates for the Rakyat Choice Awards, Favorite E-Services by Government.

 

For all five categories of Rakyat Choice Awards, voting will be done by the public via online. They can go to the NEF AWANI ICT AWARDS 2010 Facebook page at the following link

Step 1: Go to the above link and click 'Like' at main page.

Step 2: Go to Photos tab and click folder 'Rakyat's Choice 
            Award'

Step 3: Click 'Like' on LHDNM's logo/picture.

 

The winner of each category is determine by the number of 'Like' votes received. Voting will officially start from 22nd October 2010 and closed on 6th December 2010 at 10.00 a.m.
